Join hundreds of community members at Silver Spring Action - an opportunity to network across lines of differences, envision a thriving community, and take steps for positive change! This year, in collaboration and partnership with the Silver Spring Regional Center, we invite you to come together to re-impagine community space in Silver Spring and spark action around the creative use of space in downtown and beyond. NETWORK with members of our diverse community, LEARN and build AWARENESS about issues in your neighborhoods and institutions, and FIND others to act with you for positive change to experience the power of community-based action.

Come and learn about the ideas behind the network, what IMPACT does in the community, and how members can participate in shaping our community! Share YOUR vision for your community and neighborhood. Join us to help create the kind of network that is responsive and reflective of our diverse community.
This is an open event for our new, current members and anyone interested in learning more about IMPACT member network. Light refreshments will be served. Please RSVP so that we can arrange refreshments for everyone. If you need child care or language translation, please let us know by Monday, February 1, 2010 so that we can make arrangements.
